I am very unhappy with the lack of service

We finally got our car back on 12 Feb after over 2 months at the panelbeaters. After numerous calls during this time to panelbeaters, no one ever gets back to us including the insurance of the progress of the car. We had a hire car for only 1 month after our car was taken and the rest of time I had to make a plan for transport for my kids to school etc. It was very inconvenient without a car. And now that i have the car I cant drive it cos the battery is totally dead. It was obviously standing so long. I have sent numerous letters to insurance complaining about the battery, their service and when the car was still in to know when i can eventually have my car but got no joy. When they called me they said they will sort it and send someone but the time they came to check the car that was the last. No one has called since then. I have a car which i cant drive still. They were quick to ask for the R2640 excess, which is extortionately high but very slow in assisting me. Where is the part which the BEND OVER BACKWARDS for their customers?! It is a joke! They are good at lowering your premiums and making your excess sky high!
