HI again for te 2nd time Im complaining over hello peter. Ims so tired of doing this but have no choice. Lost my car keys in 2012.October. Outsurance took car to Diahatshu boksburg. Payed R13800. After five months and so many letters, sms and complaints got my car back, . Diahatshu could not fix my car. Outsurance never checked whether my car is being attended to. It annoyes me every time when I see the advert (bend over backwards) that was not the case with me. I phoned a guy over the internet to fix my car for R850 . I had to pay him cash, . I payed outsurance R1500 exess and they payed the rest. Diahatshu does not want to refund the R1380. I cancel my insurance from Outsurance with immediate effect. Got a cheaper insurance from Auto and General. They charged me R850 for my two cars and house hold insurance. Outsurances instalment is R1100. And they have given me no service. In actuall fact what was the use in having insurance if I fixed the car myself. I relied on my insurance to help me out in times of need. Outsurance advised me to take my car to that dealership. In the five months my car was standing there I payed my instalment. I stopped paying 2 months ago and took out new in
