THE MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE A CUSTOMER CAN GET

Dear All,

I just want to share the most terrble service I get from this bank even being a Platinum Customer.

My credit card was faulty from Feb12. I have proof of an email sent to my banker regarding this. The whole of last year I suffered. They send me a new card and within a week the same thing repeats. I spend a lot of time standing in queues wasting time.

Some one from Platinum centre called me and said I must go to a branch. I spend 3 hrs in Tygervalley and they couldn't solve it. They ordered another card and I collected it from N1 city. It was working fine and now from last week it again started. Whenever I try to swipe it declines. I think this is third or fourth card I am using. I don't know how people will rate this service.

If I try to get hold of any platinum banker they are always busy. And they never call you back (very rarely..1 in 15) neither they answer your emails.
My friend is with Nedbank and I can clearly see he gets a much better response from the bank.

Another incident.. they blocked my account for not updating my work permit. I have proof that I sent my new work permit 7 days before. I had to borrow money from People to survive having 250k in the acc.
