I am seriously sick and tired of Nedbank. I have been charge R342 in my account for a recall i know nothing about. and i called their contact centre i was tossed to and fro as the lady in their current account department didnt know which branch had processed this recall and she said she was tranferring me to the current account specialist of which i found my self again on Nedbank switchboard. I am seriously sick of all this as this is not the first time such has been done. I want my money back and i will gladly close my account and go open it in a more competent back. Somebody has better seriosuly resolve this very fast.
