One of my friends supplied the wrong account number to me for payment. ( account nr supplied to him wrong)
I did a eft to him and 2 days later went to my bank (Capitec) to recall payment, after we went to Nedbank in Bethlehem and they were not able to help us.
Capitec did their best to get my money back but Nedbank says that their client does not want to pay back the money.
How can Nedbank allow the transaction when the account holders name and fone number is incorrect.
The 2 names are not even remotly close to each other.
