Appling for finance for a new car and behold all the banks approve my finance except the current bank I am with currenlty with which is Wesbank.
I have a perfect credit record with them and have not missed a payment with them in 12 years and more.
I spoke to the call centre and they said they declined the deal due to and administration error. I then treatened to cancel my account. THey have since fixed it and approved my deal but did not even bother trying to beat the interest rate that was offered by the other banks.
I am very disappointed in you right now. THey way I feel now I will be going to another bank if teh interest rate is the same as the rest of the banks as i am sick and tired of fighting even though I have a good credit record and expect customer loyalty to offer a better deal than the other banks to keep a good client. But no. So if you get back to me by 22/06 with a better interest rate then i will stay if not good bye wesbank it was not a fun expierence
