Approved 09/02/2013, 96hrs later no payout

I was approved for a loan of R5000 on the 9th February 2013, and still there has been no payouts.
When I called the customer service number the lady informed me that it would take 3 weeks from the approval date to payout, which is worst load of rubbish I ever heard.
I needed the loan for an emergency and whats the point of waiting so long and payday would pass within this 3weeks.

I had to call and find out whats happening, no one even bothered to let me know that there are delays in the payouts, ridiculous.

I am so disappointed and I work for a media company Im not scared to put this in the paper and take this further as this is the worst service ever.

All I want is the money to be paid as its been over 96 hours already.

Guess what up till today still no money paid out.

Im kind of disgusted :-(
