To whom this may concern.

Why is Lorraine Kok not responding to my emails and Questions?

This was her response on 29 January:
"Dankie vir die state - julle aansoek is deurgegee vir verwerking.
Julle verwysing nommer is 58236 - sodra daar nuus is sal ek laat weet.
Dit neem tussen 7 - 12 werksdae vir 'n antwoord".

It is longer than 12 days and no response...
I have sent her 5 emails this week and she did not respond to one of them. Is this the way FNB treats their clients or is this just normal practice at FNB??
