I don't even know where to begin.
1. When Dion Wired shipped my items that I've ordered in DECEMBER already, they used a courier service that were unable to deliver the goods to my house, seeing that they don't have a big enough vehicle. I went to RENT a trailer and fetched the items myself.
2. When I unpacked the items, the fridge had a huge, deep scratch on the front door.
3. When I opened the washing machine, it wasn't the one I've ordered.
4. After numerous phone calls, they PROMISED that all items will be replaced on Tuesday. (14/01)
5. After organising everything around this (companies to install the items, change of work schedules, re-scheduling appointments) at 11:00 this morning I received a call letting me know I will only receive the items tomorrow.
NEVER AGAIN will I make use of Dion Wired. There is NO PLACE for such pathetic service in a competitive market with lots of other suppliers.
