On Sunday 13/04/13 power lines were in our area which cauded a massive power surge. Various items in our house were fried as a result. I called Auto & General on Monday morning and spoke to consultant Verna Penn.By Monday afternoon, she had arrange for a repairer to come out and take all the goods that were faulty. I received constant feedback from Verna regarding my claim. The goods that were repaired were returned to me by Wednesday and on Thursday Verna called to inform me that the calim had been finalised and what could not be repaired would be replaced. Well Done Verna. You are a definite asset to your company
