I purchased goods from a reputable business I've done business with several times b4, they sent me tracking number and notified me goods had been dispatched. Goods were supposed to reach me the same day which was Friday 12 July. I made arrangements for someone to receive goods on that day but they never showed up. Monday evening 15 jul I logged call and received response from a Roxanne on tuesday who told me she'd arrange for me to speak to lady responsible for area, which she did, I notified her of the fact that address i provided was not in the Vaal but rather in JHB area and provided her with days and times i could arrange for some1 to receive parcel. I finalized arrangements with Melanie, the regional manager and I yet again organized for some1 to receive on Wed morning as agreed by myself and Melanie. Late Wed afternoon I called to enquire and was told goods would be brought b4 close of business. They showed up next morning when no one was available to receive goods, on a day i had requested they not come on as there will be no1 at home. I Made a call and was told they would deliver Friday afternoon, made arrangements and they never showed up. I called again no success
