Debit Order Switching

After listening to the 'Steve' ads on radio for the better part of a year I decided it was time to switch to FNB. I am a Premier custormer and what with all the pallaver about how quick it was to switch I thought I'd give it a shot. The account was opened in October 2012. It's now the middle of February and after much to-ing and fro-ing 2 of my debit orders have still not been moved. The result is that I have had to run 2 banking accounts for all this time at a cost to myself. PATHETIC SERVICE!
