I played powerball via my ebucks online!! payouts was made, but NOT all payouts 3 winnings was still missing. It is not the money, it is the principal, i have tried since 08h00 this morning until 10h15 to try and locate this money outstanding. I did about 30 calls to FNB online then to FNB cellphone banking and then to eBucks and nobody knows what is going on. The one puts the blame on the other and they just pass the buck with no clue how or what to do, i call that plain STUPID!!! Until know my problem is NOT solve and i am on my way to get a other bank as it seems to me FNB has a lot of monkeys working for them. Been a priority banker with them i think it is time to move on and hope other people feels the same after reading this post, if they steel R100 from all there clients we talk a lot of money and it seems to me that is what they are doing!!! I feel sorry for the guys that bank with them and dont have internet acess as then it is so easy to take there money. Who is going to pay my phone calls and who is going to pay my time FNB??? they would rather take before give back!! DONT use your money to play ONLINE they are going to steel your money!!!
