I went into Standard Bank Ladysmith branch (Customer Service dept) to lodge a dispute over a debit order transaction that was run on my account on dd. 04 Feb 2013. To my surprise there's no movement in terms of reversal of transaction back into my account up-to this day! Can anyone try and assist here? It seems to me official/s at (Customer Sevices dept) are not duly capacitated; not fully trained to handle queries at point responsibility or not fully mandated with functions to execute accountabilities.
I trust line manager does something with turnaround times on queries at hand.
