Insane procedures for setting up internet banking

I had a pleasant registration process at the bank, then the headaches started. 2 x A4 PAGES of instructions on setting up internet banking. After an hour on the phone, I now have to go back to the bank because my app "isn't compatible". You can't do internet banking without the phone verification. The pin that is valid on internet banking, isn't valid on the phone and vica versa. And I now have a dozen different names and numbers to remember - so they are now nicely written down. Which kind of wipes out all the security they think they built in. I thought the extra R50 on the token sounded a good idea, now it seems that breaks also.
