I have been calling around with a challenge for the past week. this is regarding an amount claimed from Auto and General (partly my fault really) and no-one could tell me exactly how this happened and how I can go about getting it rectified. Today I called Auto and General and was greeted (rather pleasantly) by Barent.
He told me the whole story and what I can do on my side to rectify the error (laughed when I acknowledged it was partly my fault). The fact that he helped me so diligently even though I'm no longer a client gets my WOW for great service this week.
Thank you Barent. You really did put a smile on my face today (and a little laughter too)
