Setting up internet banking

About 2 weeks ago I changed my main accounts and the consultant also changed my internet banking log on account from savings to cheque. Much to my surprise, I was not registered for RVN. Does this make sense? NO! As no internet banking can be done without an RVN number! Now, on a saturday evening, I am and cannot do any banking as no one can help me. All this after I went into the bank for something totally different and just by the way asked the lady to check that I would be able to log on.

So here is the real question. Why do I still bank with beep (absa) bank? Answer: NO, idea! As this is not the first problem experienced with them. Then I have to think about all the rewards other banks like FNB and Standard bank are offering. BUT, lets not forget about absa rewards - WHICH I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR TO GET!!!
