After having my car broken into through Electronic means (hacking / jamming my immobiliser) I had 2 laptops, a phone and a host of other personal effects without a scratch being left on my car.
(Laptops were covered by work insurance who paid after submission by the way)
Now because the insurance companies do not deem this as "violent and forcible" entry they will not pay! Violent AND Forcible... Really! so if you are not hurt when your house gets broken into you do not meet these criteria either?
In this case I may as well have just "Lost" the items and this headache would all go away! Anyways I digress..
So after much back and forth this has now been promoted to management level and given Brolinks track record I am sceptical of a speedy resolution of our claim at all
If we were a known claims risk then please investigate further but for the sake of a claim not even worth a few percent of my contributions to there scheme then I don't know what to expect when the $h! t does hit the fan!
