Woolies insurance doent pay for MV break in

My vehicle was broken into, however there is no sign of forced entry, the took everything they can get their hand in, including laptops, Ipad, handbag, backpacks and cameras. I lodged the claim to be told that nothing will be paid because there is no sign of forced entry. This means that even though I have been paying the insurance for almost 6 years now it was for nothing as it could not save me. Further I phoned in to cancel the useless insurance to be told it will be temporary cancelled until Wollies management agrees to it. ITs been four days since I have been waiting for feedback, no one has phoned. Implying I cant cancel my insurance and I wont receive insurance when I loose my items.
