Insuarance company refuse to cover remote jamming

I have had the miss fortune of being jammed twice in the last 2 years. My 1st claim was refused because i didnot have proof however in this instance I was able to provide footage of the that jammed my remote while i was in a super market and my hand bag which I have covered with my insurance company.

After I was told to produce evidence (vedio footage) to prove my claim I have once again been turned down. and told

We have received the file back from Insurers and regret to advise that they are not prepared to entertain the claim as there was no forcible and violent entry into the vehicle.

You will be receiving a formal repudiation letter and may escalate the matter to Santam accordingly.
