If Absa ignores the client maybe they will go away

On the 9th October '13 my husband was in an accident with our business vehicle insured under Absa Commercial Insurance (claim #2459009). He was supplied with an Avis bakkie with a canopy that could not lock. He informed Avis and the claims consultant, William Mkhondo, of this issue, but was told that it was the only bakkie available. On the 30th November '13 the Avis vehicle was broken into and tools were (claim #2508528). Because the canopy could not lock, the merely opened the canopy door and took what they wanted. Absa is now refusing to pay for the claim because "The policy requires that there be forcible and violent entry into the vehicle and same must be proven in order for the policy to respond". This vehicle was supplied by Absa and we informed them that the canopy could not lock. I have asked Nomfusi a couple of times to get her supervisor to phone me, but she is blatantly ignoring me. Can someone please phone me to resolve this claim? I am so sick of the pathetic service we have been receiving from Absa in the last 3 months!!!
