Poor Service

I registered a claim on 14 February 2013 and the lady indicated that she would be sending me a claim form via e-mail. The claim form, according to her would detail the procedure and what I need to do with my TV set and DVD player. I then received an sms that read "Claim: CL00077464 - Registered. FNB Insurance Brokers. Please do not reply to this message." I never received any further correspondence after the sms. I am now sitting with a TV set and DVD Player which are both not working and nothing is being done about that and my insurers have not even advised me on what to do about this. I've been trying to contact the following numbers:- 087 736 7717, 087 577 4777 and they all get cut off every time I call.
Someone must explain what is going on.
