I AM HIGHLY upset with Nedbank this is not my 1st

WHAT MUST I DO NEDBANK
1. CHANGE MY CELL NUMBER 2. Have manners and give correct information

I AM SO UPSET... Last night once AGAIN..(about the 70th time) my daughter got a call from a RUDE, ADDAMENT male from you call cente, she handed the phone to my husband, and he told my husband
HE NEEDS TO SPEAK TO ME URGENTLY, MY ACCOUNT IS IN ARREARS, AND HE WAS RUDE, UNMANNERD when he spoke to my husband, When my husband requested him to give his name he refused. He then said I must immediately phone NEDBANK

On arriving at home, I flipped my top, phoned Nedbank spoke to a lady (nice lady) told me IT WAS A COURTESY CALL my accounts is up to date.there is no problem

She then promised to change my number (think it is about the 70th person who is promising me to do it)

I want this man to personally phone me and GET TRAINING, AND TO APPOLOGISE.

MY NEDBANK EXPIERIENACE, SINCE I TOOK A LOAN FROM YOU WAS ONE NIGHTMARE, CHECK MY HELLO PETER COMPAINS. INCOMPETENT, RUDE, UNMANNERED PEOPLE, WHO LOVE TO SHIFT THE BLAME... I AM SO SICK OF THIS BANK.

I KNOW THIS WILL BE HELD AGAINST ME IN FUTURE... I DONT CARE. YOU MUST SERIOUSLY LOOK AT HELLO PETER AND ALL THE COMPLAINTS AGAINS THE BANK!!!
