I lodged a claim with Smart Insurence after i had been ivolved in a bike accident on he 13th of January. The person that i communicated with at first was Belinda Pretorius who is a claim consultant who then sent me anemai with a list of documents that i as supposed to snt throgh to them. I sent her all the requested documents but short of one Police Accidet Form. Which in my opinion i believed they could obtain from the police station. It was on the 4th of February whe sent those docs. The following day i followed up on my claim and only learned then that she has taken leave. The person that i have been dealing with since then is one Zelda Van Wyk. She promised to call me back yesterdayt (3 Feb) to give me feedback on the status of my claim as she could not do that at the time when i was with her on the phone because their system was offline. I did not receive a call from her. About th Police REPORT form she seems reluctant to obtain it nd is adamant that it's supposed to me who obtains that. I feel very frustrated right now and seek your intervention. I have all the email communications that i have entered with the in case you need to peruse at.
