Not bending over backward - Claim

I was knocked off my motorcycle on the 29th January, the person who caused the accident is with Outsurance as am I. I contacted Outsurance and registered the accident, I requested that the claim go against the person who caused the accidents insurance (within Outsurance). The person who caused the accident informed Outsurance it was her fault, so I presumed it will be no problem getting my bike repaired. I was given a contact number for the third party claims department in Pretoria, I called and registered my claim. I was asked to fill in a claim form and supply photos and the police case number, which I did on the same day. Now the problem... It took two weeks to get my case assigned to someone, Mr Thabang has unfortunately been assigned my case and he seems to only know one sentence which is "I will call you today", over the last week and a half I have heard him say that every day. Yet I have not received a call from him at all, so every day I call him and he says the same thing again. But the call never comes. I have had to repair my bike with bubble gum and duct tape so I can use it as it is my only means of transportation, Outsurance service is shocking!
