"FNB! How can we... please hold on! "

For a award winning online business banking service, i found them extremely lacking. One of my suppliers requested a proof of payment of 2 months ago, simple yes? only to discover its not possible. Really! but as a personal banking account, you can, but not as a business! I'm just a small business owner, but surly the big guys need proof of payments too..? OK, so i can print out a "Transaction Detail" of the older payment, that's if I want my suppliers to view my "current balance". O-yes! Suppliers don't accept that as a proof! seeing as i doesn't show the 'Reference" So i called them up! 45 minutes later and after being passed around, not mentioning on hold for 15. i finally gave up! Now I've got to go to my supplier sit with them, print out their statements and check it line for line! FNB how can we help! by not wasting my time!!! here's a nice motto for you: "FNB! please hold on! "
Lets make in simple: login... Transaction History... Click on Recipient Name... Print Result of Payment! "problem solved"
