I would like to give a BIG compliment to Innocentia (forgot Surname) from Miway, I have recently cancelled my policy and Im receiving HORRIBLE TREATMENT at the moment. It took me over 2 weeks to cancel and at the moment Im still BEGGING for the cancellation letter. The reason i compliment Innocentia is because her excellent service while I was with the insurance still stands out in my head even today.
Thank you INNOCENTIA for going the extra mile in making me comfortable while i was still on maternity. You are one of the reasons I stayed with Miway for so long.
Its a huge dissapointment that i have to leave in such a bad note.
