I changed to Miway and had a problem of not receiving any documents but with my money deducted already, only to find out that the lady who helped me before, made a mistake and wrote my e-mail address wrong. As I called to find out how can the money be deducted beside me having any document, Innocentia was very polite, humbled and helping me so well even though I was angry. She solved my complain and apologized for some1's mistake. I so wish that we could get such a service all over the country, at different places and different levels.
