I have been a One Plan client for little over 5 months, I have never received bad service from One plan as such untill this past Monday, I had developed pain in my teeth over the past 2 weeks or so and was actually on a waiting list for a dentist.

I struggled for 2 days to get assistance from One Plan's call centre staff whom one after the other told me they would call me back and never got back to me.

Accodring to One Plan's system I had exceeded my anual limit and had no day to day benefits left, this was impossible as I had only been to the GP twice! Long storie short, this was a "glitch in their system" and IT needed to sort it out.

By yesterday afternoon, a half an hour before I was due to leave work and 1 hour before my dentist appointment I made one last attempt at calling One Plan to find out what is going on and was lucky enough to be connected with Thando Qobose.

Sure enough when I got in my car to leave work she called me, advised all has been sorted and the funds have been transfered.

What awsome service after having been so dissapointed.

A person expects to receive what you pay for when you need it and Thando made me have new faith in One Plan!
