A sheriff came to my work last year and issued me with papers from coombe & associates for two of my creditors (russells & SA multiloan) and we agreed that I will pay a certain amount towards each of my debts. To my shock in january when I saw my payslip I noticed that there was garnishee order from coombe & associates. Four payments have went off my account already to coombe & associates and now they order a garnishee at work for R920.00 which I dont understand where it comes from??
Early this year I tried getting hold of them just to get proof that I am paying the debts on a monthly basis and their telephones are constantly not working or not being attended to. I have then resorted to sending them emails which I only get a read receipt but nobody seems to care enough to assist me.
the amount in total is now over R3000.00 to these people. I need help as to what I need to do because it seems like I am being crooked here. I want to make arrangements with the creditors to pay them directly as these people dont seem to exist.
