22/08/2013: Hi all i just want to thank Miway consultant by the name of Ricardo Zaal who went an extra mile by assissting me as i was about to cancel the policy after i had indicated to Innocentia that i'm cancelling the policy because i feel that i am paying too much. Innocentia gave me a re-assessment but the policy fee was still too much for me, she then asked me to hold and transfer me to Ricardo Zaal who managed to do the business in myway. Instead of paying R490.05 he managed to give me a quotation of R374.74 which i welcomed it with a big smile. So as loyal and valued client of MiWay since the year 2008, Ricardo felt that they will have to keep me in Miway family because MiWay is the only family that does business your way, therefore i would like to thank Ricardo for the excellent service he offered me and may you also do it to others.
