No money received withdrawing from the atm

A few days ago i went the atm close to where i stay to withdraw money from my credit card. The atm counted the money and nothing came out. I then received a receipt saying that they are having technical difficulties and also an sms stating that R300 was taking from my account. I thought that they would reverse the transaction and now a few days later my account still shows minus the R300. They is very bad service and the reason i went to the atm was to withdraw money for petrol and to buy cigarettes and other necessities. What if i was stranded and had no petrol what so ever and i'm tired of phoning the call centre and waiting for long voice messages and verifications and sometimes gets disconnected while wasting alot of airtime just to get the money back. I'm also tired of going to the bank for fix their issue in the first my place not mine to get money. I'm already fed up and if i don' get any joy i'll just move my services elsewhere.
