''How can we spoil your day"

My name is Nkanyezi Mkhize. I applied for a cheque account online and I was told to go to Maponya mall to collect my bank card. I the went to Maponya Mall and when I got there I was told that the branch is closed and all the customers were referred to Dube branch. I went to Dube branch and I arrived at 11h10 and the security was closing the door. I asked to speak to the manager in order to get entry to get my card and explained to the security to tell the manager that the reason I'm late was due to the fact that I was sent from pillar to post and this was not my fault that Maponya was closed. The manager didn't even bother to come and talk to me. I think Fnb needs to change the payoff line '' HOW CAN WE HELP YOU'' to '' How can we stress you'' This kind of service is totally unacceptable. I'm considering going to another bank.
