How could a bank not notify me whereas I have an Incontact, there were 3 different companies that deduct funds on my account but FNB failed to notify me, but the can remind me that my account is overdrawn...
Before I can. Lay a charge with the bank I'm forced to close the account and move to competitor as FNB cannot protect its client from intruders.
