My account was debited with R3000 on the 3rd- which made it overdrawn for R206.
Nedbank returned the debit order and charged R120.00
I understand that.
But on the 4th I saw that my account went overdrawn and arranged to covered my account with R900.
However they returned the debit order as the R900 did reflect.
I am asking that reverse the second charge as funds did reach the account on the 4th.
Also I signed up for the account that they suppose to notify me when debits go off, and this was never? ctivated'- which I don't understand? os I think I had to take a 1/2 days leave about 8 years - in order to change my account to the one that gives me this option. I think it was at the Southdale branch. If this service was charged and I never got the benefit - would it be fair to ask for a refund. I am saying that if they did supply this service I would have been able to avoid returned items on my bank account. REF 66919590
