Having to beg to have insurance claim processed

It baffles me that when it comes to taking your business, insurance companies such as Telesure take your business but when it comes to processing a claim, are very reluctant to do so. I was involved in a serious domestic violence case where someone my property and as a victim been made to feel I need to provide different types of documentation before I can get the outcome on my claim. The case went to court and was settled by a magistrate who found the accused guilty of several charges. If I do not call the consultant Ntokozo I get no feedback. I find it appalling that one has to go through violent crime in this country and be put through more grief by insurance over a claim of something they can clearly veify with the police. I have been referred to Daniel Roodt to took over this and instructed the same consultant has not been proactive. If there were any queries relating to the docket these should be asked to the SAPS and it seems I am taken ten steps back to relive the ordeal. I have followed up on this claim closely and if I do not call Telesure I am not called back. I have paid a lot of money over the years for insurance and I cannot be put under any more strain.
