BEYOND ANGRY!

Its been nearly 2 weeks since i have handed in my homeloan application forms to flatter at the northmead square branch. first she did not have time to capture the application, and only did so 4 days after i handed everything in. i have asked her whether she needs any info from my husband to which she said no. On friday she calls to tell me that my application has been deleted because they needed my husbands id and statements. which we took to her. today i phone and nothing has been recaptured. I am so fed up with this very bad service that loyal customers get. if we loose this house i will hold sb accountable for it. i will move all our accounts to another bank including our small business with a turnover of nearly 4 million rand. you are quick to want our money but your service . i want a proper reply!!! and if this homeloan is not sorted out by friday i will go to the newspapers! that i can guarentee you.
