In December 2011, I signed up with Global Visa's to help me find work in Australia and assist me with the Visa application. I had to pay them an amount of R 20, 000 to get the process started.
After all the documents were completed and certified copies were delivered to Global Visas Cape Town, in March 2012, they requested me to pay another R 6, 000 which I did. Since then nothing has happened with my application, I continually had to phone the consultants to find out what's happening. When I did call in there was always someone different dealing with my application and I have to explain myself from the beginning. I remember dealing with Michael and Nwahal, nobody ever called me to let me know about any progress. Last week I tried to log into my online account, and it says my account has been disabled!!! I emailed to find out why and I have received no response. I would like my money back, as Global Visa's took my money with nothing in return!!!
