I am very disappointed. One of my TLB machines was. Yes the suspect and I had a written agreement (not a contract) and yes a deposit was paid. But instead of going to work in Ficksburg this man my TLB to Lesotho. He had no permission at all. I dont work in Lesotho. He does not want to give back the TLB even if I say come and fetch your deposit. He has clearly under false pretences my TLB. Santam refuses to pay because of the agreement and deposit. Nobody in my proffession works without a deposit or contract. SANTAM TOOK MY MONEY EVERY MONTH. MANY MONTHS I HAD TO PAY A DOUBLE PREMIUM BECAUSE THE LAST MONTH MY CLIENTS DID NOT PAY ME ON TIME. THE YELLOW UMBRELLA ADVERT FROM SANTAM IS A AND A LIE. It is not there to protect your belongings it is there for the CEO to use as a beach umbrella on a holiday with our premium money. I took them to the ombudsman and now santam have cancelled my insurance. I contacted Outsurance and told them everything. They took my business and their premiums are cheaper. I have always believed in the truth when it comes to insurance but dont dare do it with santam because they will use it against you not to pay.
