INCOMPETENT CALL CENTRE AND DIVISION

My standard bank account was debited unlawfully on the 14/1/2014 for an amount of R3774.00 and they are now unable to give me back my money saying they need to firstly do a investigation. that is not my problem, I need to be refunded my money as the division never answers their phone, and no one in the whole of standard bank seems to know what is going on.. my card has always been debitEd unlawfully by unscrupulous people IN THE PAST and I would ask standard bank to check what is going on, and all they would do is refund my money and not investigate anything. now that its January, when I need my money more than anything, they decide to investigate before refunding me. that is not on as that is not the contract I signed when I signed up to join them. REFUND ME MY MONEY AND DONT INVOLVE ME IN YOUR INVESTIGATION, IT IS BETWEEN YOU AND THE THAT ARE ALWAYS FROM YOUR CLIENTS, EVEN WITH YOUR HI-TECH SECURITY SYSTEMS. TRUST ME THAT I WILL BE CANCELLING MY ACCOUNTS WITH YOU AND WILL BE ADVISING ALL MY CLOSEST PEOPLE TO DO THE SAME. GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY NOW AND NOT A MOMENT LATER...
