I had an incident were a pedestrian bumped into my car, leaving it with some damage to the bonnet/fender.
I had my case no. and supplied all information required to Miway on the 06/02/13. I was asked if the vehicle was mobile and I replied saying "Yes". I was then told that I would get a call shortly. I phoned again yesterday and same story. i phoned today and yet again, the same old story. I have this insurance with you guys for almost half a decade, and this been my first claim, I am shocked of the way you guys handle my claims. Shame on you!! My policy no: 787027. Let me guess, now yo will tell me you will get back to me shortly... and then charge me an arm and a leg for excess? Whilst you guys are handling my frustration, send me the "cancellation & tell everyone" form please!
