For the life of me, I don't understand why it has to take 48 hours to receive a settlement letter from Nedbank... I have dealt with so many institutions and this is the most ridiculous thing I have come across. And annoyingly when you try to find out why nobody can explain. Please I need my settlement letter earlier than 48hours is it too much to ask for? I'm truly annoyed!
