Business Grinds to a Halt

I am unable to access two of 7 Business Accounts on my online profile today and cannot make payments to suppliers because of it. I have tried to get to the bottom of it since 08h30 this morning and have yet to get a response from FNB. No reason has been given to the cause OR solution.
