When I went to pay this account Monday I have enquired about the R10052 amount that was added on this account. I was told of a purchase of bed and Sony TV. There is no purchase that was done of a bed of Sony TV. The last purchase was in December freezer and fridge. Can you please remove this amount on this account and trace the person that has made that purchase. I'm in Cape Town I've been having problems with my phone since June there was no purchased made by me or anyone. I will never pay another person's purchase. The lady from best electric was going to phone me Monday today its Wednesday there is no call what so ever. Please rectify this. Thanks
