Purchased an item on the 14th March 2013 and left it at the store to resolve their systems as the slip was not issued, due to opening an account on the same time. The purchase was made with a gift card and it reflected on the statement and received an sms notification indicating that the purchase was processed. l always have to call both stores to provide me with feedback on a weekly basis, but so far I am not getting any joy with dealing with these people. I have never received such a very, very bad service as far as this one is concerned, I am greatly disappointed.
