I joined First for Women in December for my new car, and recommended them to my sister a couple of weeks later after she too bought a new car.
She told the consultant that she had been referred to FFW by me, and he said they'd link the R500 referral fee to me and contact me soonest, but no one has, nor have I received the money - even thought I have emailed them twice now. Not even an acknowlegement of my email.
So, I will be cancelling my insurance, and going to Dial Direct where I can at least get a Tom Tom!
Bad service within the first month FFW - shame on you!!!
