I have been recieving terrible service from oakhurst Insurance, I changed my banking details and they cancelled my policy now netstar is billing seperately because they say i did not pay my account.my consultant is not coming back to me and she feels it is ok to just ignore me, I have asked her to ask her manager to phone me but have been ignored. This is really terrible service, and i do not have time to sort this out.
