In my my policy documents it states: "The fitment and monthly subscription cost of your vehicle management system is included in your TOTAL PREMIUM." The only thing is that I have been paying Netstar myself and when I phoned Oakhurst a week ago to query this, I spoke to Josh, the best replies I got from him was, they are looking for the original contract recording and stuff like that, every day I have to phone him and every day he will supposedly phone me back, but he doesn't! I'm sure this must be the worst insurance company in the world!!!
