I recently posted a complaint regarding FNB acting unlawfully by listing defaults with the credit bureaus. In response I received a statement as an attachment in an email, with absolutely no wording to the email. The statement confirmed that I was in arearrs on my account but no where stated that a default was going to be listed against my name. This is required by law as per the National Credit Act, but it would seem that FNB's interpretations of the law are such that they suit themselves. FNB acted unlawfully and had the audacity to send me a blank email with a statement that proved nothing, well done! I await your reposnse, if any.
