I have recently learned that Game has listed defaults on my credit profile despite the fact that I have receipts proving payment. According to National Credit Act, a written notice is to be sent advising client of intent to list a default within 20 days. Game did not do this and as a result have acted unlawfully. I demand immediate remedy or I will contact the NCR and take further action to prevent Game from breaking the law as they do so easily.
